Baymatob Appoints A New Director to the Board

Baymatob is very happy to share that Dr. Santhi Analytis has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company in May 2025.

Dr. Analytis is an award-winning startup founder, advisor, and engineering leader.  

Dr. Analytis was the co-founder and CTO of Moxxly, Inc., a smart breast pump company that was acquired by the parent company of Medela and Bravado. She was also the founding VP of Engineering at the San Francisco-based HVAC startup Treau, Inc. (DBA Gradient Comfort), and led regulatory strategy and product safety for its debut heat pump product.  Dr. Analytis serves as an advisor to various medical device and hardware companies, as well as to technology-focused venture capital firms. 

She has led the entire product lifecycle of consumer and medical devices, from defining market and product requirements to delivering high-quality products.  This includes setting up quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), implementing design controls, leading risk management and failure mode analysis, executing manufacturing reliability and quality assurance plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. She has also spent substantial time in Asia, Latin America, and in Silicon Valley factory floors solving manufacturing issues and getting devices through pilot production and design verification. 

Dr. Analytis holds a bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and master’s and doctorate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
